1. What this page covers

This page explains how Drainingregen uses cookies and similar local storage technologies on its website. It complements the privacy policy and should be read together with it. Where this page mentions "cookies", we mean both traditional browser cookies and similar storage features such as local storage, session storage and small text values held by your browser to support the operation of a website.

2. Our approach in one paragraph

We take a quiet approach to cookies. The website does not run any advertising trackers, behavioural profiling tools, third-party analytics scripts, retargeting pixels or social media trackers. The only storage we set is the small amount needed to remember sensible preferences — for example, whether you have already dismissed the privacy notice that appears in the lower part of the page.

3. The cookies and storage we use

The categories below describe everything currently set by our website. If this list changes, we will update it and revise the date at the top of this page.

  • Essential preference storage. A small value is written to your browser's local storage to remember that the privacy notice has been dismissed, so that it does not appear on every page. This value contains no personal information and is not shared with any third party.
  • Embedded map content. When you visit the contacts page, an embedded map provided by Google Maps is loaded so that you can see where our studio is located. Google may set its own cookies through that embedded element, according to its own policies.
  • Font and icon delivery. Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts and icons from a public content delivery network. These services may record technical request information for the purpose of delivering the files, but we do not place tracking cookies through them.

4. Cookies we do not use

For clarity, the website does not use any of the following: advertising cookies, behavioural profiling cookies, social media tracking pixels, third-party analytics services such as web analytics platforms or marketing automation suites, or any cross-site tracking technology. We do not build profiles of visitors.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

You can review and manage cookies at any time directly in your browser. Most modern browsers allow you to block cookies, allow only essential cookies, or delete existing cookies. The exact steps depend on the browser you use; the help pages provided by the maker of your browser describe them clearly. Please note that blocking essential storage on this website may cause the privacy notice to appear again on every visit.

6. Third-party services in detail

Although we do not run trackers ourselves, two external services are loaded for functional reasons.

  1. Map embed. The map iframe on the contacts page is provided by Google Maps. By interacting with the map, you accept the terms and privacy practices of that service.
  2. Static asset delivery. Fonts and icons are served from public content delivery networks. These networks may log technical request information temporarily for security and performance.

You can visit our contacts page if you would like additional information about any third party referenced here.

7. Changes to this policy

If the way we use cookies changes — for example, because we begin using a new service — we will update the list above before the change takes effect, and we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check this page from time to time.

8. Questions

If anything about our use of cookies is unclear, or if you would like more detail about a particular category, please write to us through the contacts page. We are happy to answer questions in plain language.
